Message from Ruth:
The weekly classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience or ability.
We will work quietly with Classical Indian Yoga postures and breathing exercises.
We will practice with awareness, with attention to detail, in a meditative way.
I’ve been teaching Yoga in Shropshire for forty years! So, I have a little experience!
I’m sure we will have a very peaceful start to the week.
Please bring your own mat and wear clothing that allows you to move freely.
Leave at least two hours between breakfast and the start of the class!
