Our world famous in Pant annual event is back – save the date for Saturday 5th October, 2pm to 4pm. We turn the hall into a pop-up shopping mall and cafe for the afternoon, with refreshments, hall fund-raiser stalls and stalls from local traders. And it FREE to enter!
The event is always well supported and a lot of fun. Here’s what you need to know – for donations, stallholders and helpers!
Donations
DONATION DROP OFF: FRIDAY 4th OCTOBER 5pm to 7pm. We can also accept items at other times by arrangement; please do not leave things outside.
Please start saving things for us! We would really appreciate items for our bookstall, bric-a-brac and tombola.
bric-a-brac: if you think someone else can use it, please bring it along! Children’s toys, DVDs (not videos), household items, gifts. However please don’t bring: electrical items, clothes, personalised/commemorative items as these either can’t be sold or don’t sell.
bookstall: read it? pass it on for someone else! We prefer novels and children’s books. Please don’t donate old travel guides, gardening books and old reference books as they don’t sell.
tombola: chocolates, toys, gifts, unopened bottles all appreciated!
Stallholders
please email bookings@pantmemorialhall.org.uk to reserve a stall. Please tell us what you are selling so we can ensure we don’t get duplication.
Stalls cost £10 which includes a table and two chairs.
Payment is ON THE DAY IN CASH: anyone asking for advance payment is a scammer, not us!
Helpers
We can always do with more help to set up, clear away, operate our hall stalls and distribute tea and cake! You don’t have to be a hall trustee to help on the day – and it is always a lot of fun. Please email bookings@pantmemorialhall.org.uk if you can help on the day or at the drop off the evening before.
